Experience and Specializations

or….why should you come to us?

Amanda’s specializations and clinical interests include working with her beloved queer community, particularly people of trans experience. She treats people ages 13 and over who are experiencing gender dysphoria, questioning their gender, or are ready to pursue gender confirming medical procedures. She is trained to provide Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy aka EMDR.

Praha is excited to support other POC in unpacking generational trauma, increasing self worth and self esteem, and helping you work towards your best self. Praha works from a somatic healing perspective to incorporate your body and mind in your healing process. Therapy sessions can be conducted in either English or Bangla.

Gigi is invested in supporting others to live beyond survival — to find contentment in being human. With a strength-based and direct approach, Gigi’s practice is drawn from multiple theories: Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). Gigi is also trained to provide Complicated Grief Treatment (CGT). Therapy sessions can be conducted in either English or Mandarin.

All clinicians at our practice are polyam, ethically non-monogamous, and kink friendly, experienced, and affirmative. We strive to make our clinical work anti-racist, and also warmly welcome sex workers.
